If you send us your name, email address, a message, or listing photos through our contact form or by email, we only use these to reply to your enquiry and, where you've asked us to, to produce a sample walkthrough video from photos you've provided.

Producing a video may involve passing your photos to third-party AI video-generation providers solely to generate the requested video; they do not use your data for their own purposes. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

We keep your information only for as long as it takes to respond to you or complete a request you've made, and we'll delete it sooner if you ask us to.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted — just email us. This service isn't directed at children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date below shows when it was last changed.
